K2 Entertainment branch out into band management with local band cowfisH after organizing a series of successful corporate events and guest speakers. They also organize functions/events with the fundraising arm of The Beverley War Memorial Hall On Saturday June 14th we have our most ambitious event to date, when Chas and Dave have agreed to come and play the Memorial Hall for us as part of their up-coming tour.

Doors open 7.30pm, cost £20.00 per ticket. Tickets available from the Memorial Hall, G Jack & Sons in Wednesday Market Beverley, or direct from K2 on 07989 946718 Chas and Dave will be playing two sets highly acclaimed local act cowfisH will be the support band for the night. There will be a raffle of signed Chas and Dave memorabilia during the interval, framed posters, cd's, dvd's etc, with monies raised from going to the fund raising fund of the Memorial Hall.

Chas and Dave have recently seen a resurgence of interest in them through a number of highly successful and riotous festival appearances last summer (including two separate performances at Glastonbury).

The notorious Pete Doherty, of Babyshambles/Libertines fame, openly admitted in interviews his admiration of their music (Pete played a surprise 'guest' appearance at one of their gigs a few months back). The band's appeal has become cross-generational with new young fans mixing and enjoying a good old cockney knees up with fans from their original heydays in the 70's and 80's.
