David Icke to Stand in 'Big-Brother' By-Election UPDATED - Google Video
David Icke stands on: 'Big Brother - The BIG Picture'
|
David Icke, author of ten books warning about the Big Brother State, is standing with
David Davis in the upcoming parliamentary by-election in Haltemprice and Howden.
For nearly 20 years, Icke has been been warning about, and detailing the background to, a hidden agenda for a global fascist state that is now unfolding at an ever-increasing pace.
When he began his then one-man campaign to expose the agenda of the Hidden Hand
he was met with dismissal and ridicule, but there is laughter no longer among people
with minds of their own because what he predicted in his books is now daily experience.
|
|
As a result, enormous numbers of people worldwide are now looking at his work.
Icke's research spans nearly two decades and has taken him so far to some 45 countries to expose and
uncover the global Orwellian agenda.
|
|
His books, like ... And The Truth Shall Set You Free, The Biggest Secret, Children of the Matrix,
Tales from the Time Loop and his latest, The David Icke Guide To The Global Conspiracy, are now in 16 languages and Icke's information is rapidly gaining support throughout the world.
In the next few weeks he is speaking in Romania, Croatia, Italy and the United States, with other events being planned for Australia and New Zealand. He has recently returned from speaking in Japan where he now has six books circulating in Japanese.
In May, he spoke to 2,500 people for seven hours at the Brixton Academy in London.
|
Every seat was taken three months in advance and he could easily have filled an
arena of 5,000 or more had one been available at the time.
On the last occasion he spoke in Los Angeles, 3,000 people came.
While the mainstream media have ridiculed and dismissed him, others have taken the trouble to read what he is saying in detail and taken a very different view of what he is exposing - especially when the evidence is now before their eyes.
David Icke is standing in this by-election in support of the stance taken by David Davis and has no wish to be elected:
|
'If I don't get a single vote, that's fine so long as they all go to David Davis because a vote for me or him is a combined vote against the Orwellian State that is now looking us in the eye.
'I have absolutely no wish to be involved in the web of lies, deceit and corruption that controls the Westminster 'Parliament', nor would I ever pledge the obligatory allegiance to a monarch who is only head of state because of her DNA and therefore the symbol of one of the most racist institutions on the planet.
'I swear allegiance to nothing and no-one, except my own conscience.
|
|
'But this is an opportunity to both support David Davis in his stand against Big Brother and to highlight the fact that what is happening to our basic freedoms, liberties and privacy is far, far bigger than even Mr. Davis appears to understand.
The Big Brother State in Britain does not originate with the Labour government,
sleazy and deeply corrupt as it is. The government of Blair and now Brown is merely the
vehicle for the global Big Brother agenda to be introduced in the UK.
|
|
'It is happening everywhere - is the Labour government responsible for what is being introduced in the United States, Canada, Australia, Sweden, etc. etc.? Of course not, and the bigger picture and the connections that form the global web have to be understood if the dark-suits-in-jackboots are to be stopped.'
This has gone from a mere thought to deciding to stand in just four days because of the support and encouragement David Icke has received. He says:
|
'Yes, of course, the mainstream media will ridicule me, but so what's new? I am not be doing it for them, nor to win a popularity contest, or even an election. I am doing it for those who have ears to hear and eyes to see and children and grandchildren to protect from the nightmare world that is coming so fast unless we make a stand now.'
'There is an enormous amount of what David Davis stands for on other issues that I fundamentally disagree with, but this is a time for all colours, creeds, backgrounds and views to unite on something that affects ALL of us - the tearing down of the most basic freedoms.
And if people think they live in a Big Brother Police State now,
they have seen nothing yet. What we are seeing today is just the start.'
See www.davidicke.com for his information and updates on his election campaign. We especially recommend the daily headlines page and the vast research archive, including the one headed 'Big Brother'.

I was invited by Martin Deane Green Party Hull, to accompany him to the
Green Party Conference 2008, it's the end of the first day, so I am publishing
a photo diary of the day.
Good Luck to the Greens, hopefully they will deliver a new type of honest politics with
regard to the environment.
I still wish they would focus on exposing the truth about the 7/7 london Bombings
and not simply brush the event under the carpet. Anyway heres my pics.

VOTE! By Martin Deane, Green Party Candidate for Avenues Ward
|
|
"If you don't vote you are pissing on the graves of your ancestors."
Those aren't my words; they are the words of former Euro-MP for this area, Peter Crampton (Labour, in those days). The BBC wouldn't air his words then but maybe now they are more pressing than ever. Fewer people are voting - especially in Hull.
But YOU are losing out. If there were no

We need people on Hull City Council, who have a global vision and not just a parochial one.
Yes we have to do the best for our area, but this should be as sustainable as possible for a world threatened by climate change and with the end of oil.
Nobody else is talking about this as a time of transistion. The Green Party is. The Green Party is right.
Vote for it.

In Reply to Charles Clarke Email- Your views on fighting terrorism By Sean Atkinson
|
|
Dear Mr Clarke,
I am terribly upset with laws you are trying and thankfully failing,
to enshrine. If you give in and remove our hard won freedoms then
those who oppose democracy will have won. In an ironic twist where
you try to bring order and peace, you will bring strangulation and
insurgence. Where you try to bring safety and security you will bring needless imprisonment and
suffering.

Current Affairs - ID Cards - A Goldrush For Some By Martin Fuller

David Blunkett's latest resignation has highlighted an aspect of government plans to introduce ID cards and create a data base to back them up. They will be worth a fortune to those who invest in the companies who win the contracts to have us all bar coded, logged and registered.
Blunkett invested and took a directorship in a company that specialises in DNA

In Reply to Charles Clarke Email- Your views on fighting terrorism By Paul Whitlow and B E Robinson

Dear Mr. Clarke.
Of course I think our laws should be updated when necessary, with due regard for civil liberties, after full debate in the House.
If people cannot be brought to trial because laws have not kept pace with modern technology, for example, the law must be updated. However, the creation of new offences should be undertaken with great care. Religious tolerance allows for criticism and has an

I am emailing you today to find out your views on the action the Government is proposing to take to challenge the new terrorist threats that face all of us.
Since the London bombings of 7 July, we all know that the UK faces a terrorist threat of a different level
of seriousness and complexity from anything Britain has faced before.
We are confronting extremists whose aims are to kill and

I happened upon your page devoted to the last election only yesterday and even though the time is past, felt moved to protest that possibly Lee Cassanell was being a tad of a particle of a sliver of a shadow of a teensy weensy bit unfair to me.
Most importantly, I am not a pensioner. That's really too awful.
